About Honda

Honda Cars India Ltd was established in the year 1995, with its very first manufacturing unit at Greater Noida in India, which began operation in the year 1997. The second plant in India was set up in Alwar District of Rajasthan. Honda Cards India Ltd was earlier known as Honda Siel Cars Inida Ltd and started as a joint venture with Usha International of Siddharth Shriram Gorup. They later changed the name to Honda Cars India Ltd, after buying out Usha International in August 2012.
